- Performance Reward Grant - Money paid for successful completion of each LPSA target. 60% of the PRG will be paid on achievement of 60% of the 'stretch'.

- Steering Group - The direction setting group of the Bucks Strategic Partnership.
- Stretch Targets - A 3 year target in LPSA. The 'stretch' is the difference between expected performance (calculated from baseline) without any pump-priming or extra investment after 3 years, and the target to be achieved with the extra LPSA investment.
